Experience

My approach is two part: real world application and using your individual strengths. It's hard to truely understand a theory. Unless you understand you would apply the material - it often seems to be made up of smoke and mirrors. Which is why I try to frame your 'theoretical' material in a way that you could actually use it. Secondly, everyone is different. With different ways of understanding and learning. Often times the reason a person is having difficulty is because of the way it's presented.
